People tends to focus only on their career and they forget about their health. So most people are victimized to small petty illness which later on can be a big problem. Getting up early and heading for a short morning walk to a nearby park will definitely make one fit and fine. So whenever you have time than going for a morning walk is a nice idea to have a breath of fresh air and get rejuvenated for the rest of the day.
